Distribution of the City Reader will occur on one day in the month of October.

The first issue will be delivered into public environments along corridors of pedestrian exchange through various modes of insertions; whether left on public transportation, in a public entry, personally handed, or left on the sidewalk.

The City Reader will be free to the public.
